Check-In @ Elks Lodge is a staff tool run by Palo Alto Elks Lodge #1471 for front-desk check-in and guest sign-in.

What we collect

When lodge staff sign in with Google, we receive their name and email address. We use them only to confirm that the person is on the lodge staff list and to record which staff member made a change.

The app shows the membership records the lodge already keeps, so the front desk can check members in and sign guests in. Guest names and email addresses entered at sign-in are stored with those records.

How it is used and shared

This information is used only for lodge business. It is visible only to authorized lodge staff, and is never sold or shared with anyone outside the lodge.
